As a Supply Chain Customer Care Representative at ALUMIL, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the supply chain process. eJam is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of our logistics operations, including fulfillment and inventory management across various channels such as direct-to-consumer, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), retail drop-ship vendor fulfillment, and in-store retail programs. This pivotal role coordinates both inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient operations and optimal inventory movement. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team dedicated to managing specific logistics areas and a vendor partnership for retail operations.

Requirements
