The Role

As a Supply Chain Customer Care Representative at ALUMIL, you will be the primary point of contact for customers throughout the supply chain process. Your responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive top-notch service by managing their inquiries, order processing, and providing updates on delivery schedules. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty while collaborating with various departments, including Sales, Logistics, and Warehousing.

Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly will be key to ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Position Summary:

The Sourcing and Purchasing Manager will manage the Sourcing and Procurement of goods and services from suppliers who are located in North & South America today, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational efficiency. Als Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Logistiek zet je jouw kennis van Supply Chain Management processen en van technologie in, om klanten verder te brengen. Je werkt in wisselende projectteams aan de realisatie en implementatie van Microsoft Dynamics 365 voor o.a. groothandel, Retail en technische dienstverlening en vertaalt de vraagstukken van onze klanten naar concrete oplossingen.

eJam is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of our logistics operations, including fulfillment and inventory management across various channels such as direct-to-consumer, Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), retail drop-ship vendor fulfillment, and in-store retail programs. This pivotal role coordinates both inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficient operations and optimal inventory movement. The successful candidate will be responsible for a team dedicated to managing specific logistics areas and a vendor partnership for retail operations.

• Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Implementierung und Optimierung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (D365 F&SCM)
• Analyse und Verbesserung von Logistikprozess
• Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen für Endanwender und Key User
• Erstellen von Anforderungsspezifikationen und technischen Dokumentationen
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und Kunden zur Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Projektdurchführung
• Sporadische Unterstützung des Support-Teams

Requirements

• Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Beratung und Implementierung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, mit Fokus auf den Bereich Logistik
• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Supply Chain Management, Lagerverwaltung und Produktionsplanung
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
• Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
• Teamplayer-Mentalität und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Muss
