Key Responsibilities

- Provide detailed information on product specifications, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers with order placement, changes, cancellations, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for tracking and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to provide customers with timely updates and information.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
