The ideal candidate will define ways of working, ensure alignment between design intent and implementation, and drive initiatives successfully from concept to execution while maintaining strong governance and delivery standards.

Role summary

The Real Estate Portfolio Manager is responsible for maximising the income and long term value of a diversified real estate portfolio by developing and delivering asset management and leasing strategies.

The role focuses on identifying underperforming assets, driving repositioning, leasing or divestment plans, and using market insight to spot new revenue and value creation opportunities.

It also oversees end-to-end leasing activity, ensures accurate lease and rent records, and builds strong relationships with agents, brokers and other partners to support acquisitions, leasing and ongoing portfolio performance.
