d2m Services recherche un.e Ingénieur Études de Construction pour rejoindre l'équipe de son Client, en charge des études techniques et de la préparation des chantiers dans le cadre de projets d'ingénierie pour la transition énergétique.

Vous interviendrez à chaque étape de la préparation du chantier, en réalisant des études de construction essentielles à la réussite des projets.

Vos missions principales :

  • Études de préparation de chantier :
    • Rédaction de procédures de chantier détaillées.
    • Analyse des quantités nécessaires (matériaux, équipements, ressources).
    • Analyse du planning de construction afin d’identifier les actions nécessaires pour respecter les délais.
    • Définition des installations de chantier, comprenant la logistique et les besoins spécifiques du site.
    • Organisation et conduite des revues de constructibilité pour assurer la faisabilité technique des projets.
    • Revue des offres de sous-traitance pour garantir leur adéquation avec les exigences du chantier.
    • Support au projet pour toutes les problématiques liées à la construction.
  • Études pour le chiffrage de propositions :
    • Réalisation des études de construction nécessaires à l’élaboration des propositions techniques et au chiffrage des projets.

Sous l'autorité du directeur du département, vous serez en charge de:

- Participer aux évaluations techniques dans les phases avant-projet, projet ou appel d'offre, pour des sujets de construction ou de conversions de supports flottants,

- Participer à l'élaboration du cahier des charges du projet avec les autres divisions,

- Dans le cas d'une conversion de navire, participer au screening et à la sélection de navires candidats disponibles sur le marché de l'occasion,

- Sélectionner les ingénieries sous traitantes du projet et piloter leurs études conceptuelles,

- Etablir les spécifications techniques,

- Améliorer et optimiser le choix des équipements en fonction du type de support flottant,

- Visiter et sélectionner les chantiers de construction,

- Superviser l'analyse et la critique des plans de coque, aménagements, pont, machine, disposition des équipements, tuyautages et plans électriques,

- Assurer la conformité des travaux avec les spécifications techniques et les règlementations applicables,

- Suivre la construction ou la conversion du navire en collaboration avec l'équipe de surveillance et l'équipage,

- Mettre à jour le planning du projet et faire le suivi budgétaire,
