• Daily stock planning through each subsidiary's suppliers
• Creation of purchase orders and update of the relative shipping times
• Maintenance of the company's cash flow through monthly reviews on purchase orders and unprocessed sales orders
• Forecasting and budgeting on demand matters while making relative reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree on relative field will be preferred
• Experience on stock planning is required

Vous aurez la responsabilité de superviser tous les aspects techniques, contractuels et financiers de la fourniture HVAC (ventilation et climatisation), depuis la signature du contrat jusqu'à la conclusion de la période de garantie.

Vos missions incluront :

• Assurer le respect des engagements contractuels avec le fournisseur HVAC et coordonner les évolutions nécessaires.
• Établir une relation solide avec le fournisseur et le client dans ce domaine, y compris pendant la période de garantie.
• Surveiller les coûts, les délais et la qualité des services en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes.
