Recruitment Manager

The main purpose of the Recruitment Manager is to be the main point of operations for recruitment-related responsibilities and tasks and to be committed to delivering the human resources needed for our company to function. This includes managing, overseeing, and taking charge of our Recruitment Division, coordinating recruitment efforts, taking ownership of our hiring funnels, and managing our recruitment resources.

The Recruitment  Manager must possess excellent leadership and management skills as they are responsible for overseeing, training, mentoring, and managing our Recruitment Division. The right person must be able to effectively manage the performance, output, and needs of all professionals in our Recruitment Division. In addition, this role requires you to be highly structured, efficient, organized, reliable, and approachable while having excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, especially in a remote work environment. 

The Recruitment Manager will report directly to the Vice President and work closely with other departments to ensure that all recruitment needs are met and related processes and queries are optimized and attended to.

 • Facilitate planning sessions, syncs, and retrospectives.

Performance Analyst / Marketing Analytics Specialist

We are a growth team responsible for basically the growth of the company. We are looking for a Performance Analyst who will own event tracking, attribution quality, and traffic efficiency across mobile and web products.


Responsibilities

    • Implement and maintain event tracking for mobile apps and web platforms.
    • Work with 3rd-party tracking platforms (Adjust, AppsFlyer)
    • Postback setup and reconciliation
    • Integrate and support SDKs (mobile & web) in close collaboration with engineering teams
    • Work with Google Firebase: event configuration and validation funnel, retention, and behavioral analysis
    • Work with Google ICM and Facebook AEM
    • Design and maintain server-to-server (S2S) tracking: client vs server-side event logic
    • Monitoring and resolving data discrepancies
    • Analyze traffic quality and data efficiency:

- Identify low-quality or fraudulent traffic
- Analyze cohort behavior, retention, LTV, and conversion paths

    • Apply anti-fraud techniques:

- Detect abnormal patterns (click spamming, SDK spoofing, bot traffic, attribution fraud)
- Collaborate with platforms and ad networks on fraud prevention
- Build and maintain whitelists and blacklists of traffic sources, placements, and publishers

The main goal of this role is to attract active referrers, help them launch successfully, reach their first purchases, and scale their contribution to revenue. This position combines partnerships, community work, growth experimentation, and structured CRM management.


Responsilities

  • Identify and attract ambassadors, community leaders, bloggers, and influencers to join the GoMining referral program.
  • Work with crypto communities across X (Twitter), YouTube, Telegram, Discord, and other social platforms.
  • Communicate directly with partners: onboarding, explaining product value and referral mechanics.
  • Guide partners to their first active referrals and purchases.
  • Test and validate hypotheses related to partner types, formats, geographies, and acquisition channels.
  • Collect feedback from both active and inactive / declined partners to improve the referral program.
  • Maintain and update partner pipelines in CRM systems (Monday CRM is a strong plus).
  • Collaborate with affiliate managers, marketing, and product teams to scale referral-driven revenue.

This role focuses on attracting, onboarding, and growing partners who can consistently bring paying users. You will experiment with different acquisition approaches — from direct outreach to agencies and affiliate networks — and scale what works.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and test acquisition channels for affiliate and referral partners (bloggers, KOLs, communities, agencies, platforms).

  • Work directly with affiliate agencies, influencer platforms, and partner aggregators.
  • Guide partners to their first conversions and revenue, helping them understand how to promote the product effectively.

  • Maintain a structured CRM pipeline (ideally Monday CRM): leads, stages, communication, results.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from partners (both successful and unsuccessful) to improve acquisition strategy.
  • Collaborate with account managers, product, marketing, and analytics teams to scale revenue from the channel.
