The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, managing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions. This role involves working closely with clients to enhance their business processes, provide expert guidance, and ensure the smooth operation of their ERP systems.

Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of D365 FO systems within a managed services agreement.

HSO is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our D365 Finance & Operations team, with experience in manufacturing.

The D365 F&O Solution Architect is a senior role providing solution leadership through consulting engagements. As an Solution Architect, you will be responsible for providing strategic advice and subject matter expertise in the relevant industry. You will work closely with clients to develop high-level and detailed designs for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations. Additionally, you will act as the design authority and provide oversight during project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, execution, and project team management
• Work closely with our customers and the HSO consulting team to ensure business requirements are met and delivered in a timely manner
• Ensure project success in terms of scope, schedule, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination
• Manage project resources, risks, and contracts
• Participate in steering committee and strategy meetings
• Run daily stand ups as necessary
• Reporting, invoicing, budgetary control and governance

As a Senior Dynamics Finance Consultant, working within a team of like minded professionals, you will be highly motivated to deliver innovative solutions to our customers.

You will have extensive experience of Dynamics 365 F&O Finance implementations, either leading a team or as a key member of a wider team. You must have deep knowledge of Finance modules and be able to demonstrate the ability to advise and guide customers on best practice in a proactive way leveraging your industry expertise and previous implementation experiences.

You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues. You will be required to lead workshops ensuring information is gathered succinctly and accurately to reflect customers requirements.
