Mission :

The Training Manager will be integrated to the O&M and Commissioning Teams.

He will be responsible for supervising the development of training books for different LNG Units of the new plant. This will be in line with COMPANY requirement.

He will be designing and developing a comprehensive training plan with programs, including curriculum, materials, and delivery methods for LNG Processing. This includes the development of a Guideline on preparation of training manual for CPY review and approval. The level of details in the training books shall be so detailed that COMPANY personnel can use them to provide additional courses after facilities have been handed over.

He will ensure proper follow up of training execution plan and assessment of trainees.

He will ensure vendor/licensor training requirement are met and in comply with project specification.

He will manage the training team composed of training coordinators*, writers, different instructors to ensure smooth delivery of the program within the allocated time. He will review and validate the training materials developed by his team before submitting to CPY. Accordingly, he will update the project training plan, define the training schedule according to the commissioning planning,

*The site training coordinators will coordinate the vendor/licensor trainers at site, follow-up with COMPANY the On-the-Job Trainings.

Hull Marine Systems Engineer (F/M) PC-d2m-273

As part of a major offshore energy project, we are looking for a Hull Marine Systems Engineer to join the technical team as a resident engineer in China. You will act as a key focal point for all hull marine systems activities related to the FPSO, working closely with the FPSO Engineering Manager and the EPCIC contractor to ensure quality, compliance, and performance.

Supervise and validate engineering studies for hull marine systems: ballast, bilge, HVAC marine, cargo pumps, winches, cranes, offloading systems, auxiliary generators, etc.

  • Review and approve technical documentation, engineering drawings, and workshop plans.
  • Monitor construction and integration of marine systems at the shipyard in China.
  • Coordinate with vendors for selection, procurement, FAT, deliveries, and installation.
  • Provide technical support for commissioning, repair, and life-extension activities of hull systems.
  • Contribute to spare parts strategy and schedule optimization.
  • Prepare and participate in project technical reviews and decision-making meetings.
  • Support compliance with FPSO classification and regulatory requirements.
  • Report regularly to the FPSO Engineering Manager and escalate critical issues.
  • Actively participate in yard inspections and vendor site visits.

The Operational Technical Procedure Manager will support the refurbishment project by supporting the development of procedures and documentation including Operations and commissioning procedures for post refurbishment return to service of Cernavoda Unit 1.
