We are seeking an experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and strengthen supply chain operations across the USA and CARICOM region. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our dynamic Commercial Team. Reporting to the Commercial Manager this role will provide administrative support across the Company’s commercial activities, including supplier and customer onboarding, contract administration, bids and proposals, commercial records and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Team, including document preparation, data entry, record keeping and reporting.
• Support supplier and customer onboarding, including vendor registrations, KYC checks and maintenance of approved-vendor and customer records.
• Assist with the contract administration, including maintaining contract records and monitoring relevant dates, renewals and actions.
• Maintain and update commercial records, databases and CRM systems.
• Support the preparation of bids, tenders, proposals and project documentation.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments, customer suppliers and other external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Provide administrative support to the business development, marketing and legal functions as required.

Requirements

The main purpose of the Sales Development Representative position is to represent Hustler Marketing to potential new clients and to drive new business through proactive outbound. Your primary responsibility is to build and work your own pipeline, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through a multi-channel outbound strategy, then taking those opportunities through discovery and sales calls toward closed deals. The focus of this role is selling our digital agency services primarily to DTC brands.

As part of the Sales Team, this is done primarily by running effective outbound campaigns, delivering strong discovery and sales calls over Zoom/Google Meet, actively listening and responding to challenging questions, and representing Hustler Marketing in the most beneficial way. This is a multi-functional position that requires you to source, qualify, and prepare future clients for our company, then carry them through the sales conversation yourself.
