This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on designer who blends deep UX and UI craft with the ability to build and maintain scalable design systems that drive efficiency, consistency, and excellence in execution.

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and ensure compliance with regulations while supporting our operations in the fast-paced world of cryptocurrency and fintech.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from concept to implementation: plastic cards, ambassador program, Miner Wars.
• Develop process concepts and task decomposition: structure workflows, identify key stakeholders, and engage both internal and external (outsourced) specialists.
• Handle allocated budgets: plan, monitor, and optimize expenditures.

Keycafe is looking for an SDR Manager to lead, mentor, and scale our outbound sales development team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment, loves working with data, and is excited to coach reps towards exceeding their targets.

In this role, you’ll:

• Manage a team of outbound and inbound SDRs across remote locations.
• Develop sales playbooks, emails, call scripts, and outreach strategies that drive conversions and optimize over time.
• Monitor performance metrics, coach and train SDRs, and provide actionable feedback to boost results.
• Analyze SDR activity and performance data to optimize the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with marketing and the account management teams to align messaging and campaign execution.
• Lead by example with high-quality outreach, when needed, to support team efforts.
• Attend trade shows from time to time to serve as a Keycafe sales representative.

The Accounts Receivable & Contract Coordinator plays an important role within the Finance function, supporting both the finance and sales departments by managing sales orders, issuing invoices, tracking payments and ensuring timely revenue collection. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and efficient sales-to-cash process.

Main Responsibilities

Sales Order Management

• Create and manage sales orders based on confirmed sales from the Sales team.
  
• Maintain standardised sales order templates for each event.
  
• Conduct initial reviews of client feedback on sales orders and apply changes in line with internal procedures.
