Principal Software Engineer - Blockchain Wallet Infrastructure

Location: Remote - Location: European Union (remote-first, office optional) Paris/ France is always preferred. Or as close as possible.

Compensation: $145K - $240K

We are a stellar team of leaders and experts building the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era, specializing in cryptography, security, and distributed systems. We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of our core backend systems. This is a high-impact, leadership role focused on making key architectural decisions and ensuring our platform is fast, resilient, and secure under the high-stakes demands of financial workflows.

You will own mission-critical projects end-to-end, acting as a technical leader who drives engineering standards and the long-term vision. This role involves deep technical execution alongside strategic collaboration with product, security, and executive leadership to align technical roadmap with business goals.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Team Lead - Content & PLG (Blockchain Trust Layer)

Location: New York City, Los Angeles, London, San Francisco (Hybrid)

We are seeking a visionary Marketing Team Lead to establish us as a technology leader in the blockchain, digital provenance, and authenticity space, and to help us rapidly scale.

You will own the overall Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution, responsible for refining our brand, positioning our platform, and building a high-performing team. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an entrepreneurial leader who can translate a complex technical solution into a category-defining market narrative.

Head of Growth - Institutional On-Chain Liquidity Layer

Location: Remote - US - Would consider South America or Canada + Preference for onsite/hybrid in LA

We are a venture-backed on-chain financial infrastructure company building the liquidity layer for the tokenized economy, backed by leading investors. Our flagship protocol, deployed across multiple chains, connects tokenized real-world assets (RWAs) and high-quality stablecoins to enable 24/7, real-time, compliant capital movement for institutions. Live in production with partners including major global asset managers, we are seeking our first dedicated Head of Growth to own institutional and DeFi adoption and turn product-market fit into repeatable revenue.

Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will be the core GTM leader, responsible for building the revenue engine across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development globally. This is a highly hands-on role where you will define the strategy, own the pipeline and forecast, design scalable playbooks, and close lighthouse deals across exchanges, stablecoin issuers, asset managers, and corporate treasuries.
