We are looking for a Customer Consultant for a 12-month short-term plan with strong communication skills and a real interest for better and effective customer experience. You will be member of the Sales Division. Your role is located in our offices in Thessaloniki, Greece, and you will be next to our clients, project based, since you’re responsible to answer any inquiries they have about our systems and the projects technical specs. In specific, you conduct static studies regarding the appropriate profile selection during the project’s designing phase, while also dealing with specialized designs. You will be responsible for domestic and international projects, carrying-out project analysis including complete technical support and value engineering to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Communication & customer support is your second skin, and you actively collaborate with the sales department. You are located in our head office in Thessaloniki, and in cooperation with the team's Supervisor, you keep an eye on a daily basis on new funded programs and projects relative to the company's needs. Some key responsibilities of the position are the following:

• Researching new funded programs (EU & national)
• Keeping up with departmental needs & deadlines
• Submitting proposals on the chosen programs and coordinating the process, aiming their successful completion
