About the role:

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you won't just be filling seats - you will be the first point of contact for candidates and play a pivotal role in driving our growth by finding and attracting top talent to Financeit. Reporting to the Senior Talent Partner, you will own the day-to-day, full-cycle recruitment process across departments. We are hiring on behalf of our client who develops high-performance financial technology infrastructure, offering market-leading integration service products that deliver flexible, hosted connectivity solutions to institutional financial customers. By resolving complex connectivity challenges across multiple trading venues, our client eliminates the need for internal software engineering and operations resources on the customer side to build bespoke trading infrastructure.

The successful candidate will take operational ownership of provisioning laptops, facilitating employee onboarding, configuring high-performance developer stations, and providing advanced desktop support across multi-platform environments including macOS, Linux, and Windows. This position is highly visible internally and serves as the technical foundation for long-term growth into production engineering.

We are hiring on behalf of our client who is seeking an exceptional, production-proven Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer to take absolute ownership of the deployment, secure networking, architectural lifecycle, and overall reliability of this distributed agent fleet from day one. The client is engineering a sophisticated infrastructure designed to launch a highly distributed fleet of managed, single-tenant personal artificial intelligence (AI) trading agents. Operating non-stop, these isolated processes execute high-frequency, complex financial workflows natively on blockchain infrastructure, dedicated exclusively to individual user portfolios.

Contract Term: July through September (with potential extension based on performance and business needs)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Phone Agent with strong phone-based sales experience and excellent written and spoken English. This is a remote contract role with a call center environment, requiring reliability, strong work ethic, and a distraction-free workspace.

This is a fixed-term contract position. Contract extensions may be considered based on performance and business needs. Structured sales training and ongoing coaching will be provided throughout the ramp-up period.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage inbound and outbound warm calls (approx. 200+ weekly).
• Handle calls lasting 6–15 minutes to close new customers, explain LawnStarter’s services, and upsell recurring plans.
• Meet and exceed sales metrics and quality standards.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills with U.S. customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold data protection policies.
