Our worldwide client is looking for support agents for their Mercedes-Benz customers.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

Requirements

  • Fluency in German
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
  • Resourceful, able to multitask

· Escriturar o Diário de Radiocomunicações;

· Fornecer ao Comandante as previsões de tempo, Avisos aos Navegantes, comunicações de outras embarcações referentes a emergências, sinais horários ou qualquer outra comunicação que possa interessar ao Comando da embarcação;

· Fazer a devida comunicação ao Imediato, de qualquer defeito que impossibilite o funcionamento dos equipamentos da Estação Rádio da embarcação;

Moço (a) de Convés

Tarefas incluem, mas não se limitam a:

· Atender às manobras da embarcação, guarnecendo o posto para o qual tenha sido escalado;

· Auxiliar durante as manobras de fundeio, suspender, atracação, desatracação, entrada e saída de diques e demais operações ligadas à atividade da embarcação, conforme solicitado por seu superior;

· Receber e transportar para os paióis materiais de custeio pertencentes à seção de convés;

· Familiarizar-se com os equipamentos de movimentação de carga e operá-los quando necessário, considerando que tenha recebido treinamento;

· Executar serviços necessários à conservação da embarcação como tratamento, limpeza e pintura do convés e superestrutura;

· Realizar serviços gerais em outros setores da embarcação conforme solicitado pelo Imediato, através do Contramestre da embarcação;

· Baldear e adoçar a embarcação;

· Participar das fainas de limpeza de tanque quando solicitado pelo Imediato e/ou Chefe de Máquinas;

· Executar serviços de conservação dos equipamentos de segurança e salvatagem da embarcação;

· Executar serviços de conservação dos equipamentos do convés, oficina, ferramentas, etc.;
