Position Overview: The Administrative Coordinator will support the Owner’s Engineer (OE) team working in Sofia on the Kozloduy nuclear new-build project. The role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between the OE team, local stakeholders, the Client, and project subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support

1. Define administrative procedures in line with the OE contract.

4. Support internal and external workflows, approvals, and document routing.

• Coordination and Communication
