About the Role

Due to our continuous growth, GREEN is seeking a passionate and hands-on Project Manager to join our team and support the implementation and development of renewable energy projects.

The successful candidate will be actively involved in wind and solar PV projects, contributing to design, construction supervision, plant monitoring, and technical administration.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Piraeus.

Key Responsibilities:

1.       Project Planning and Management:

• Develop and manage the overall project execution plan, including schedule, budget, and resource allocation.

• Supervise on-site dismantling operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

• Coordinate all project stakeholders, including subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and client representatives.

 • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to ensure milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.

  • Place orders to suppliers
  • Arrange forwarding if needed
  • Verify completion of deliveries in vessels
  • Processes invoices and submits for payments

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have

  • Degree in shipping or engineering or relevant
  • Experience in a similar purchasing position in a shipping company (at least 5 years)
  • Solid experience with spare parts
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Familiarity with Danaos ERP will be considered as an asset
