In this role, you will act as the primary technical advisor and main point of contact for customers, combining senior system integration expertise with service management responsibilities. You will ensure seamless service delivery, technical excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Icelandic speaking Customer Support Agent

We're looking for Icelandic speakers for several different projects right now!

Some are located in Athens, others in Chania or Thessaloniki. Most have the option to work remote from Greece too!

What you will do:

  • Communicate with customers via phone, chat & e-mail
  • Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction, representing a major brand
  • Provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times
  • Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

Requirements

  • Fluency in Icelandic
  • Very good communication skills in English
  • Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge/tech savviness
