Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, projectteams, service delivery managers en andere belanghebbenden om ervoor te zorgen dat alle systemen naadloos samenwerken en voldoen aan de bedrijfsbehoeften. Je richt je op:

  • Beheren, onderhouden, monitoren en verbeteren van infrastructuuroplossingen voor klanten op het Azure Platform.
  • Monitoren van de prestaties en beschikbaarheid van infrastructuuroplossingen en het oplossen van eventuele problemen.
  • Samenwerken met projectteams om nieuwe infrastructuuroplossingen te implementeren en over te dragen binnen Managed Services.
  • Up-to-date blijven met de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en updates binnen het Azure-platform.
