Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding e-learning services, course offerings, and educational tools via phone, email, and chat in Slovak.
- Assist students and educators with account setup, course enrollment, and technical support.
- Provide clear information on program details, pricing, and available resources.
- Resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Document interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system for tracking and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed of industry trends and company offerings to provide up-to-date information to customers.
