What you will be doing

We are looking for an experienced Principal Architect – Databricks to lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale data platforms and Lakehouse solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Databricks, modern data engineering, cloud data platforms, and enterprise data architecture, along with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions.

As part of our digital-transformation agenda, we are looking for a hands-on Senior Cloud & Systems Engineer (Azure) to join the Technology & Innovation Department. You will design, implement and continually optimize our Azure-centric and hybrid infrastructure—spanning virtual machines, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), containers, networking and security services—ensuring high reliability, security, scalability and cost-efficiency.

Role Overview:

You will act as the technical owner for our Azure and hybrid infrastructure, covering everything from compute and virtual desktops to networking, storage, identity and security. The role is 100 % hands‑on: you will plan, build, automate, troubleshoot and continuously improve systems yourself—while collaborating closely with peers in software, data and operations.
