Responsibilities

  • Support daily shipping and logistics activities, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Coordinate transportation with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.
  • Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and tracking records.
  • Update logistics and inventory data in internal systems and tools.
  • Communicate shipment status updates to internal and external teams.
  • Help resolve delivery delays, missing documentation, or damaged goods reports.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
  • Provide administrative support to internal teams.
  • Onboard new logistics providers.
