You'll be on the front lines of this fight, architecting the systems that analyse candidate behaviour, create dynamic challenges, and deliver insights that outperform traditional interviews.

Requirements

• Experience building production AI systems and LLM-powered applications
• Strong foundation in RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and AI pipeline design
• Hands-on experience with model context protocols (MCP) and orchestrating complex AI workflows
• Track record of implementing AI solutions that scale to thousands of concurrent users
• Deep understanding of embedding systems, vector databases, and retrieval optimization
• Comfort working across the entire AI stack – from infrastructure to application layer

Candidate must have experience in client coordination, attending internal and external meetings.
Experience in working with QatarEnergy and Qatar Shell GTL will be an added advantage.
