We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced EPC Commercial Director with specific expertise in nuclear projects and AP1000 technology to join Total Resourcing Ltd. This senior leadership role will be responsible for leading all commercial aspects of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts within nuclear power projects, ensuring contractual, financial, and risk management objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all commercial activities on EPC nuclear projects, especially those involving AP1000 technology.
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate closely with project management, engineering, procurement, and legal teams to manage commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Drive cost control, forecasting, and commercial reporting to support project delivery and strategic decision-making.
  • Manage claims, disputes, and resolution processes to safeguard company interests.
  • Engage with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish strong commercial relationships.
  • Lead commercial teams ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets, and timelines.
