As a Crewing Coordinator, you will be a member in DOFs Crewing department, a dynamic and collaborative team of motivated, positive, and enthusiastic employees. You will be the key person responsible for crewing and coordinating offshore personnel.

Your diverse range of responsibilities will include sourcing candidates, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing personnel. Additionally, you will play a vital role in preparing roster updates, work schedules, and personnel manning. In this role, you will also assist with organizing visa applications, work permits, and project-specific training.

Requirements

  • Relevant education, bachelor’s or master’s degree

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef/ Head Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, with a deep understanding of traditional and contemporary cooking techniques.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
