As a Head of Credit Operations, you will be a cornerstone of the Credit Operations, responsible for the seamless execution of our digital credit underwriting, disbursal, and post-disbursal account maintenance processes.

Role summary:

Your role will center on operational support and process coordination to ensure that every finance file flows efficiently from initial application to disbursal and beyond. This includes managing real estate valuation logistics and maintaining relationships with certified property valuation agencies. You will be expected to operate with precision, manage multiple workflows, and work closely with both internal teams and external partners to ensure speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end digital credit process, including documentation verification, eligibility criteria validation, and application completeness.

2. Prepare, review, and maintain digital disbursal packages, ensuring all pre-conditions are met before release of funds.

3. Ensure all customer documents are validated, digitized, and securely stored in accordance with data and regulatory standards.
