What's the role?

Official job title for this position is Supply Chain Specialist - Procurement and will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.

This role will be part of our Manta Technology team and will manage procurement of goods and services to support the manufacturing operations of an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The ideal candidate should have experience of developing and executing tactical procurement plans, as well as developing sourcing / category management strategies for critical high value, complex goods and services required for original equipment manufacturing operations. Goods and services are procured from a global supply base distributed across Asia, Europe, Scandinavia and North America and you should be experienced in managing global sourcing initiatives and leading multi-million-dollar supply negotiations to optimize the supply of the assigned purchasing groups. The position will support day‑to‑day project accounting, financial reporting, and cost control activities—gaining valuable real‑world experience across accounts payable, receivables, capital expenditures, and project financials.

This role is ideal for recent graduates who are detail‑oriented, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a dynamic, international environment. This position will provide exposure to global marine operations and large-scale seismic projects while receiving hands-on training in ERP systems, project accounting, and financial controls along with the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across finance, operations, and offshore crews to build a strong foundation for future careers in accounting, financial analysis, project control, or operations finance. The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to experience other sub-departments within finance.

What’s the role?

The Marine Contracts Manager will oversee and manage all contractual aspects of marine projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance within the marine or offshore industry. This role is critical in ensuring that all contractual obligations are met, risks are mitigated, and commercial interests are protected throughout the lifecycle of marine operations. Key responsibilities include:

Contract Management

  • Draft, review, and negotiate marine service contracts, charter party agreements, and subcontractor arrangements.
  • Provide contractual guidance to project teams during tendering, execution, and close-out phases.
  • Lead contract change management, claims resolution, and dispute avoidance strategies.
  • Monitor contract performance, obligations, and milestones to ensure timely execution and compliance.
  • Maintain contract templates and ensure consistent application of PXGEO’s contracting standards
