We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading property developer in Cyprus and Greece, for an Office Engineer, to join their dynamic construction team in Paphos.

Responsibilities:

• Calculate quantities & prepare purchase orders by verifying specifications quantities & price
• Issue tender documents and invitations tenders to potentials suppliers
• Forwarding orders to suppliers, monitoring and expediting orders
• Keep information accessible by sorting & filling documents
• Build & maintain good relation with existing & new supplies
• Monitor site deliveries in terms of compatibility of deliveries with PO specs.
• Review deliveries against the orders
• Track the status of any order
• Keep constant check on stock levels
• Research of new materials for design & cost saving
• Allocate codes in all invoices
• Prepare quotations for the clients
• Search for materials & get quotations from suppliers/subcontractors regarding client’s requests
• Prepare presentations for finishes & extras for the clients

The Lab Specimen Processor is responsible for preparing urine and oral fluid specimens for analysis in our drug testing laboratory.  This includes specimen receiving and sorting, aliquoting, centrifugation, and racking. This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted position that requires great flexibility, attention to detail and accuracy. 

Location: Rancho Bernardo, CA 

Schedule: Part-time | Tuesday 6:00 am to 10 am; Wednesday through Friday 6:30 am to 10:30 am, and Saturday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Must be able to work mandatory overtimes as needed on Saturday.

Salary: $18.25 per hour.
