About the Data Team

We're a high-leverage team of Product Data Analysts embedded across the business, owning the semantic layer and the metrics everyone trusts. The experimentation program runs on real rigor, not vibes: pre-registered analysis plans gate every test launch, anytime-valid statistics keep mid-run dashboards honest under continuous viewing, automated daily SRM and attribution health sweeps catch broken tests early, and seasonal power forecasting accounts for a business that swings hard by time of year. The test lifecycle, design through readout, is already AI-driven. Our analysts are stretched across product, so Growth support has stayed part-time and reactive, until now.

About Engineering at LawnStarter

We build in small, focused initiative teams: a Product Engineer working alongside a PM and a designer, supported by an Engineering Manager who helps you grow. The Role

You're the engineering anchor of an initiative — working as part of a tight team with your PM and designer, and alongside engineering peers on adjacent initiatives. The Warehouse Specialist provides logistics and warehouse management support to United States Marine Corps acquisition and sustainment operations. The position is responsible for the receipt, storage, preservation, inventory management, packaging, and shipment of Government property while ensuring accountability, accuracy, and compliance with applicable Marine Corps, Department of Defense (DoD), and contractual requirements. The Warehouse Specialist maintains property records, supports inventory reconciliation activities, manages serialized and sensitive assets, and ensures adherence to safety, environmental, and facility security standards.
