Our client is seeking an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineering Manager to join the core team. This individual will serve as a bridge between the customer and the product, ensuring that users derive maximum value from the platform while directly influencing the company's roadmap and strategy.

About the role

As the Signal Ocean Platform continues to grow, we’re expanding our engineering team. As Head of IT, you will define and manage the IT strategy, infrastructure, and security for the family office while also providing direct, high-touch support to the shareholder. You will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with the long-term objectives and lifestyle needs of the family.

• Implement and maintain event tracking for mobile apps and web platforms.
