We are seeking experienced, entrepreneurial engineers to build our foundational core product suite.

We are hiring across multiple seniority levels and both frontend/backend disciplines. You will partner directly with our CTO to own product decisions, architect foundational systems, and iterate on the product roadmap.

Job Overview:

Oversees Hyperone’s website and mobile app from a commercial perspective, managing the full commercial scope including planning, category management, digital advertising, partnerships, and marketplace operations. Leads a team of 17 members, including 5 direct reports, to drive online growth, optimize product performance, and enhance digital revenue streams

We are building the reliability and control institutions demand, and we are seeking a Validator BD Lead to drive the adoption of this critical infrastructure across the validator ecosystem.

As the Validator BD Lead, you will own and drive the validator engagement strategy, serving as a critical, high-ownership role that will shape our go-to-market efforts and partnership model as we prepare for mainnet.
