About the role: 

You will be leading one of the product teams within the Signal SaaS web application. The focus is on building supporting infrastructure and data visualization features — such as charts, graphs, tables, and maps — that help users interact with complex shipping data. Alongside feature development, the team invests in building reusable components that support both their own roadmap and other teams, with a strong focus on automated testing  inside CI/CD pipelines.

The Executive Coordinator provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior executives. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules, communications, and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and executive priorities
• Coordinate and follow up on action items from executive meetings
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects, tracking progress and deadlines
• Improve administrative processes and systems for efficiency
• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• High level of professionalism, judgment, and confidentiality
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools)

As a Specimen Collector: 

• Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens 
• Process and package collections for shipping
• Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory 
• Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information
• Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal
• Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite 
• Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable)
• Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required
