- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate timely solutions for customer problems.
- Stay informed on industry trends, advancements, and company offerings to assist customers effectively.
