Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and timely information regarding product usage, side effects, and prescribed treatments.
- Assist healthcare professionals and patients with order processing, account management, and service-related inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to enhance customer support and satisfaction.
- Stay informed about pharmaceutical developments and company offerings to deliver relevant information to customers.
