  • Respond to technical support requests via our ticketing system, email, phone, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal and external users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to improve existing processes and support strategies.
  • Document issues and their resolutions to build a knowledge base and improve service efficiency.
  • Provide technical training and support to end-users to promote IT best practices.
