IT Support Engineer
ADAPTIT S.A. is in search of a dedicated IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to both internal users and external clients, ensuring a seamless operation of ICT services and solutions. You will act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues, from hardware and software to network connectivity.
The ideal candidate will have a strong problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure and will play an integral part in enhancing user experience and satisfaction.
- Respond to technical support requests via our ticketing system, email, phone, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for internal and external users.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve existing processes and support strategies.
- Document issues and their resolutions to build a knowledge base and improve service efficiency.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users to promote IT best practices.
