Dans le cadre de ses activités d’assistance au recrutement pour ses clients du secteur maritime et naval, d2m Services accompagne un important acteur européen de la réparation navale, spécialisé dans la maintenance, la modernisation et la réparation de grands navires tels que méthaniers, paquebots, navires off-shore et autres unités complexes. Les clients sont essentiellement internationaux.

Basé à Brest, ce chantier naval dispose de deux grandes cales sèches lui permettant d'accueillir les plus grands navires en exploitation.

Dans un contexte de forts enjeux de délais, de qualité et d’optimisation des coûts, ce chantier recherche son futur Responsable Service Sous-Traitance, garant de la stratégie, de la coordination et de l’efficacité des prestations externalisées.

Contexte

Les arrêts techniques des navires s’organisent en mode projet sur une durée moyenne de 2 à 4 semaines en moyenne. Le service sous-traitance contribue au succès des projets en trouvant les meilleures solutions de sous-traitance dans un contexte de forte pression sur les délais.

La sous-traitance concerne le renfort des capacités de production pour faire face aux pics de charge en mécanique, tuyauterie ou chaudronnerie, et les activités externalisées telles que l’électricité, la peinture, l’isolation ou le nettoyage industriel.
