Location: Remote - If based in NYC, will require office presence 2/3 days a week, for LATAM and European regions will be expected to work EST hours with a 5 hour overlap.

Compensation: $140K - $200K

We are hiring on behalf of our client, an innovative technology firm who is seeking an experienced Full-Stack AI Engineer to join a growing, AI-focused engineering team. The client develops advanced intelligence and analytics solutions designed to help participants in digital asset markets make more informed decisions by combining financial data, automation, and modern AI technologies to transform complex information into actionable insights.

In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with product, research, and engineering leadership to develop next-generation, AI-powered financial applications. This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong ownership, technical depth, and the ability to move quickly from concept to production.

Recruitment Administrator & Sourcing Specialist

We're looking for an organised, sharp Recruitment Administrator who excels at sourcing!

This is not a full-cycle (360) recruiter role. Your focus will be on two key areas: keeping our hiring process smooth and finding great passive candidates.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilise expert Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative channels to identify and engage passive candidates across niche tech roles.
  • Pipeline Building: Build and nurture deep, diverse talent pools for current and future openings.
  • Candidate Hand-off & Conversion: Conduct screening, confirm qualifications, and drive candidates to formally apply using a unique, provided tracking link. Following application submission, you are responsible for immediately logging the candidate's name in the designated tracker before officially handing off the warm lead to the Recruiter.
  • Market Intelligence: Track competitor and market activity to inform our overall talent acquisition strategy.
  • Automations: Creating automations through our CRM/Tracking Tool.
