This role coordinates activities across clinical and functional teams, governance bodies, technical teams, vendors, and site stakeholders to ensure solutions remain aligned with requirements, scope, schedule, and implementation goals.
The position supports informaticists and solution experts with requirements documentation, ticket management, testing, design reviews, vendor coordination, enterprise deployment, and continuous improvement activities.
Gritter Francona is looking for a Program Implementation SME that will provide senior-level implementation expertise to support the design, launch, management, evaluation, and scaling of an Elevated Risk Care Management (ERCM) Pilot focused on improving the coordination and effectiveness of suicide prevention-related care for Veterans at elevated risk.
The Program Implementation SME will support the implementation of new projects and programs identified by senior leadership and will provide expertise across the full pilot lifecycle, including Concept, Explore, Design, Implement, Evaluate, and Spread phases. Projects may be VHA-wide or localized to one or multiple VHA program offices.
The SME will provide strategic and operational support for implementation management, performance improvement, strategic performance measurement, programmatic outcomes, resource planning, and evaluation. The position will help establish linkages between VA-wide strategic goals and program-level outcomes and will ensure that implementation activities are aligned with organizational priorities, performance targets, programming, budgeting, and evaluation requirements.
The Program Implementation SME will work closely with Government program leads, senior leadership, clinical and operational stakeholders, pilot sites, and contractor personnel to translate strategic objectives into executable implementation plans and measurable outcomes.
Gritter Francona is looking for a Jr. Trainer that will support the development, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training and educational activities associated with the Elevated Risk Care Management (ERCM) Pilot. The position will help prepare clinical and operational staff to effectively adopt and implement new care coordination processes designed to improve suicide prevention-related care for Veterans at elevated risk.
The Jr. Trainer will support training activities throughout the pilot lifecycle, including Concept, Explore, Design, Implement, Evaluate, and Spread phases. Working under the direction of senior training, implementation, and program personnel, the Jr. Trainer will assist with assessing training needs, developing customized learning materials, coordinating training logistics, delivering instructor-led and web-based training, evaluating training effectiveness, and maintaining training records.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and presentation skills, an understanding of healthcare delivery, and the ability to translate complex program and clinical requirements into clear, practical learning experiences for diverse audiences.

The Health Systems Analyst SME will support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in analyzing current-state and future-state healthcare processes, identifying operational gaps, designing improved business processes, and supporting implementation of sustainable workflows. The SME will apply extensive knowledge of VHA clinical and business operations to ensure that the ERCM model is practical, effective, scalable, and appropriately integrated into existing healthcare processes.

Gritter Francona is looking for an Evaluation Specialist, Jr. that will provide evaluation, performance measurement, data analysis, and reporting support for the design, implementation, evaluation, and scaling of an Elevated Risk Care Management (ERCM) Pilot focused on improving the coordination and effectiveness of suicide prevention-related care for Veterans at elevated risk.
The Evaluation Specialist, Jr. will support the development and implementation of evaluation systems that measure program activities, implementation progress, outcomes, and overall impact. Working closely with Government program leads, evaluation staff, clinical stakeholders, and the contractor team, this position will collect, organize, analyze, and communicate quantitative and qualitative information to support evidence-based decision-making.
The Evaluation Specialist, Jr. will contribute throughout the pilot lifecycle, including Concept, Explore, Design, Implement, Evaluate, and Spread phases. The position will support the integration of evaluation activities into program operations, assist with performance reporting, identify trends and lessons learned, and help translate evaluation findings into actionable recommendations for program refinement and potential national expansion.
Gritter Francona is looking for a Project Manager that will provide comprehensive project management and implementation support for the design, launch, management, evaluation, and preparation for scaling an Elevated Risk Care Management (ERCM) Pilot focused on improving the coordination, effectiveness, and continuity of suicide prevention-related care for Veterans at elevated risk.
The Project Manager will serve as the single contractor point of contact for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) for requests for subject matter expert (SME) support and matters related to contractor performance. The Project Manager will work closely with Government program leads, designated stakeholders, clinical teams, and contractor personnel to coordinate and execute approved activities throughout the pilot lifecycle, including Concept, Explore, Design, Implement, Evaluate, and Spread phases.
The position requires strong project management, stakeholder coordination, healthcare implementation, clinical workflow, documentation, and communication skills. The Project Manager will ensure that project activities remain organized, on schedule, appropriately documented, and aligned with Government objectives and requirements.

The Change Implementation SME will support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) in planning and executing organizational change associated with the ERCM model. The SME will assess organizational readiness, stakeholder impacts, workflow changes, implementation risks, and adoption barriers, and will develop practical strategies to support successful implementation across pilot sites and future national expansion.
