Senior Project Manager – Strategic Projects

Location: Flexible / Based in the U.S. with regular travel to project sites

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex, large-scale LED deployments. This role is responsible for managing projects from design coordination through installation, commissioning, and final handover. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in the AV industry, particularly with large LED display systems, and will be comfortable coordinating across structural, electrical, mechanical, and media system disciplines.

This individual will work closely with internal engineering teams, integration partners, general contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.

• Other Compensation: The position includes a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home attached to the office for an easy commute. The home includes a double car garage.  *Living on site is required*

We are seeking an experienced Geophysicist to provide technical geophysical support across the Company’s Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Engineering Development teams. • Provide alternative and/or additional survey designs or layouts to more efficiently meet clients’ geophysical objectives.
• Review incoming data acquisition tender requests and provide technical responses, including technical exceptions, survey area maps, shooting plan scenarios and source modelling.
• Complete project time and motion estimations where required.
