Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding media services, subscriptions, and entertainment offerings through phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Assist customers with account management, including subscription changes, billing issues, and troubleshooting service problems.
- Provide clear and detailed information about new releases, promotions, and service features.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
