This is a critical player-coach role where you will blend technical leadership with hands-on contribution. You will set the technical direction for our stack, scale our infrastructure for enterprise customers, and build a high-performing team. The UK Engineering Manager will lead and manage the installation function across both in-house engineers and third-party subcontractors. The role ensures that installations of telematics systems, vehicle cameras, and ancillary products are delivered to defined quality and safety standards, while optimising operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

About The Role :

The Product Manager – Treasury Systems & Investor Platform will play a pivotal role in building the backbone of SOAR’s Treasury ecosystem — including the Investor Portal,Treasury System implementation, and end-to-end back-office operations. This role combines deep product ownership with strong understanding of treasury operations, investment management, and securitization, ensuring that investor capital, portfolio creation, and fund deployment are seamlessly integrated within SOAR’s digital mortgage platform.

The successful candidate will work closely with Treasury, Risk, Product, and Data teams to translate complex financial workflows into digital products — enabling investors to build and invest in mortgage portfolios, track returns, and participate in securitization structures under a Shariah-compliant and SAMA-regulated framework.
