What will you be doing? 

We are looking for a diligent and committed Electronic Engineer to join us as in the role of Senior Satellite Engineer and to be part of our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installations, repairs and maintenance of Sattelite VSAT, L-Band and Starlink equipment on board of shipping vessels as well as providing a five-star customer service. This role has both regional and abroad travel.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for enthusiastic and creative technical support engineer to be part of our growing team. You will be a member of our After Sales Support team that provides five-star customer service and promotes this idea throughout the organization. The goal is to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, retention and meet their expectations. Your main focus area will be to provide technical service-related after sales support to the customers for all our products and services, mainly in network and system related issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring the smooth operation of our products.

This role requires business travel at least 50% of the time.

·         University degree; preferred in Electronic Engineering

·         Excellent technical skills with 5 years’ experience in Electronic Engineering

·         Analytical skills, problem solving and troubleshooting.
