We are seeking a dynamic and technically accomplished seasoned professional for R&D Advanced Data & Digital Platforms Product Management to lead the product management function for digital, data, and analytics platforms supporting pharmaceutical R&D. This role is critical to building and scaling the foundational platform capabilities that enable advanced analytics, machine learning, and data science across the R&D organization—including preclinical, translational, and clinical research workflows.

About the Role

The Waste Management Engineer will be responsible for supervising on-site waste management processes, supporting compliance with legal and environmental standards, and contributing to the effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement of waste operations. Working closely with site managers, HSE teams, and subcontractors, the role ensures that waste streams are properly segregated, documented, and handled throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement waste management plans and procedures at the construction site level.

• Coordinate waste segregation, temporary storage, internal logistics, and disposal activities.

• Support the tracking and documentation of all waste types (hazardous and non-hazardous), including preparation of relevant manifests and reports.

The engineering team combines the discipline of high-performance finance with the creative agility of a crypto-native startup. As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, the successful candidate will take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the entire stack—from user interfaces to robust backend infrastructure. This role requires an engineer with strong product taste, a bias toward MVP thinking, and the ability to navigate complex backend systems and API designs with equal proficiency. The Role

We're hiring a COO to be the operational heartbeat of LawnStarter.

Here's what's true: we grew 20%+ last year, expanded EBITDA margin by 7 points, and scaled to $50M+ in net revenue. We have a great culture, a strong leadership team, a really talented team, and we're great at hiring. We've done a good job building a profitable, growing business, but we aren't strong operators yet.

We don't have the operational infrastructure, rigor, and discipline to match our ambitions. Structural people development is aspirational, not actual. And as the business gets more complex (multiple service lines, new verticals, software products) the CEO needs to elevate to focus on AI strategy, vision, and the highest-leverage bets.
