Position Overview:

  • Job Title:Community Manager
  • Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour + 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
  • Other Compensation: This position includes a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom manufactured home *Living on site is required*
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday; 10am – 4:30pm (Part Time - 28 hours per week)

  • Bonus: Quarterly bonus incentive bonuses *bonuses are subject to change based on eligibility and criteria*
