Role Overview:

The Sales Consultant plays a key role in expanding the company’s sales within their region by cultivating and managing valuable partnerships with traders and manufacturers. Organic recruitment and partnerships help, but they don't scale fast enough. We need paid acquisition to work for supply growth, and this role is responsible for building that capability from scratch.

Through three structured sprints, the implementation will align people, processes, and systems, operationalize the new organizational design, and ensure seamless integration of key functions.
