VHA Task Order Manager

posted by: spj_bot

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) is powered by a workforce whose dedication to serving Veterans is unmatched and we owe it to these employees and to the Veterans they serve to build an organizational structure that removes barriers, reduces complexity, and supports timely, high-quality care. VHA is seizing this opportunity to conduct a bold, enterprise-wide transformation. The VHA Restructure for Impact and Sustainability Effort (RISE) will modernize VHA’s organizational structure and better serve over 9 million Veterans. This initiative aims to streamline operations, enhance accountability, and improve care delivery through a simplified, Veteran-centric model.

The transformation is being implemented through a sprint-based approach with phased evaluations and milestones, realigning VHA Central Office (VHACO), Operations Centers, and Veteran Integrated Service Networks (VISNs).

This potential work will be a hybrid work schedule with work being done at the VHA Central Office and remotely.

Gritter Francona is looking for an experienced Task Order Manager with past VHA experience to support this potential project.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Planning, initiating, managing, executing and closing out programs in support of an integrated Health Care System

The VHA Survey of Veteran Enrollees’ Health and Utilization of Health Care (Survey of Enrollees) began in 1999 as a key input for the Enrollee Health Care Projection Model. It is an annual survey that gathers information from enrolled Veterans regarding their perceived health status, experiences with health services, current and anticipated future health care usage, insurance coverage, access to telehealth, and demographic characteristics. Participation remains voluntary. The data collected has supported projections of future health care utilization and informed VHA leadership in planning for the evolved needs of the Veteran population. This information is being collected in accordance with section 3507 of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. We are seeking a Senior Program Analyst to help with this potential upcoming project.
