Summary

The EH&S Manager develops, implements, and monitors company environmental health and safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Maintains safety equipment inventory, performs periodic safety inspections, monitors hazardous waste removal vendors, and assists in consolidating hazardous waste. Interacts with a variety of departments, conducts training in emergency response and hazardous material handling and maintains liaison with appropriate regulatory agencies. We are hiring a full-time product development lead to own the new product pipeline end to end. That covers identifying what to build using marketplace and category data, making the case to the leadership team, and running development through outside formulators, overseas manufacturers, and regulatory counsel through to launch.

The pipeline is roughly half formulated products (sprays and controls) and half devices, at a pace of 10 or more new SKUs per year. Products are designed for Amazon first and must also be ready for retail.
