Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Analyst who will work with marketing and product data, build visualizations, support decision-making with accurate insights, and contribute to the development of analytical models and automation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing and product data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and maintain dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
• Participate in building analytical and forecasting models based on product, financial, and behavioral data.
• Prepare technical documentation and maintain data dictionaries for the analytics function.
• Support automation of analytical processes, reporting pipelines, and recurring workflows.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
• Present insights to stakeholders in a structured, clear, and actionable format.

1-     Presale function:

·        Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose Atlassian-focused solutions (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).

2-     Solution Architect function:

·        Design scalable, secure and efficient solutions around Atlassian tools for cloud and data center instances of Jira, Service Management, and Confluence platforms, others (Atlassian platform).

·        Work with internal customers to identify their Atlassian needs, promote best practices, and actively design the architecture of Atlassian solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Jira Expert - Software Integrator to join our team of Integrators Consultants in Cairo, Egypt and to work mainly in Enterprise Implementation Environments (Banks, Telecom, Airlines, Governments, etc.) with main focus on Atlassian and Jira related projects.

Responsibilities:

·        Implement Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Service Management & related Atlassian products for Infosysta Clients as a complete solution such as Collaboration Solution, Tracking System, Agile Project Management, SDLC/ALM, DevOps, Task Management, and more.

·        Configure & Integrate Jira & related Atlassian products with Client systems.
