• Salary: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on qualifications, education, and prior experience
• Other Compensation: The position includes a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom manufactured home (approximately 1,232 sq. ft.). The home includes 2 covered porches, a 10x10 shed with lofts for storage, a laundry room with storage. Office is attached to the home for an easy commute.  *Living on site is required*

Job Description Summary

The Operational Technical Procedure Manager will support the refurbishment project by supporting the development of procedures and documentation including Operations and commissioning procedures for post refurbishment return to service of Cernavoda Unit 1. The Operational Technical Procedure Manager will work closely with the project team and the station to ensure that the work conducted in support of the refurbishment project adheres to its safety, licensing, budget, schedule, and quality objectives.

• Interface with the Operations, Engineering, Nuclear Safety and Licensing and document control Teams.
• Develop and support the development of procedures for refurbishment activities and post refurbishment return to service
• Ensures successful project delivery on assigned tasks.
• Ensures work and deliverables meet regulatory requirements
• Coordinate inputs, reviews and approvals from key stakeholders.
• Ensures the schedule is established, accurate, up to date and adhered to.
• Identify and communicate work progress.
• Completes all assigned project reports and ensure management is fully briefed on the status of the work assigned.
• Anticipates challenges and takes proactive mitigating actions to address them.
• Understands the impact of the work on the station’s safety and licensing basis

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation, review, and submission of regulatory documentation related to Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) for drug development and marketed products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to develop and implement CMC strategies.
• Assess regulatory impact of changes in manufacturing processes and provide recommendations for compliance.
• Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries and follow up with health agencies on CMC matters.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to ensure compliance with evolving guidelines.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the CMC function.
